Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent on next day delivery. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return goods within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Elizabeth's Fabrics receiving the goods, in their original condition.
Notification of faulty goods must be made in writing within three working days of delivery. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing faults were not caused by your misuse, negligent or improper handling. All goods are to be returned at your own expense, unless they are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of notification of the fact goods are faulty.

Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order in terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods.
You must take reasonable care of the goods that you wish to cancel and when returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received your goods but please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery only. Please also note that the cost of returning the item to us will not be included in your refund.
